Malo Family dentistry has proudly served the community for decades, building a legacy of trusted, family-focused care. The practice was founded in 1978 by Dr. Steven Malo on Union Street, where he established a strong reputation for compassionate and high-quality dentistry.
In 1985, the clinic moved to the newly constructed Malo Professional Building, allowing the practice to grow alongside the community it serves. In 2005, Dr. Steven Malo’s son, Dr. Ian Malo, joined the practice, continuing the family tradition while bringing modern techniques and innovation. Today, Malo Family Dentistry is home to three dedicated dentists—Dr. Ian Malo, Dr. Aaron Anastacio, and Dr. Trent Fallis—supported by a full dental hygiene team, all committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for families of all ages.

Dr. Ian Malo is a proud Simcoe native who is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to patients and families in the community he calls home. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Western University in 2001 before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Malo is dedicated to continuing education and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and the Haldimand-Norfolk Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Ian believes strongly in giving back to the community and is an active member of the Simcoe Lions Club. In his spare time, he enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with his wife Ashley and their sons, Max and Cooper.

Dr. Steven Malo is the founder of Malo Family Dentistry and has been a respected member of the Simcoe dental community for decades. He graduated from the Western University Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry in 1978 and shortly thereafter opened his dental practice in Simcoe, beginning a lifelong commitment to caring for patients and families throughout Norfolk County.
In 1985, Dr. Malo constructed the Malo Professional Building, establishing the current home of the practice and creating a welcoming environment that has served generations of patients over the years. His dedication to quality dentistry, community relationships, and patient-centered care helped build the strong reputation the practice continues to enjoy today.
A proud member of the Simcoe community, Dr. Malo spent more than four decades providing compassionate dental care while mentoring younger professionals and helping the practice grow. In 2005, his son, Dr. Ian Malo, joined the practice, continuing the family tradition of dentistry and patient care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Malo has remained actively involved in the community and is a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise, reflecting his longstanding commitment to service both inside and outside the dental office.
In 2025, Dr. Steven Malo retired from the clinical practice of dentistry, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of professionalism, integrity, and service to the community he proudly called home.

Dr. Trent Fallis attended Western University in London, Ontario, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has spent time teaching Dental Hygiene at Niagara College.
In his spare time, Dr. Fallis enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, especially hockey, where he cheers for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He also enjoys camping, kayaking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
